Inset in the front and back covers of the binding are two prints by Frank Lobdell, etchings with aquatint. The plates were etched and proofed by David Kelso and made in California in Oakland, California, and editioned by Robert Townsend at R.E. Townsend, Inc., in Georgetown, Massachusetts. The edition of the book is limited to 275 numbered copies for sale and 26 lettered copies for complimentary distribution. Each copy is accompanied by an extra print by Frank Lobdell, an etching with aquatint, printed by David Kelso at sic made in California, signed and numbered by the artist.
